Education at Sirius College:
Sirius College provides secondary school education from year 7-12 for international students at its three campuses in Melbourne. The college welcomes students from many different cultures and backgrounds and recognises and values their contribution to the school life.
Sirius College has a proud tradition of academic excellence along with providing moral and ethical values to raise confident, successful and respectful individuals. The college enjoys reputable strong academic success, with the majority of its students successfully entering into university with high VCE scores.
Students are encouraged to participate in all aspects of school life while acquiring knowledge and skills that are valued internationally, enabling them to undertake tertiary study or other pathways in Australia or overseas.
How to Enrol:
Applications from international students should be made directly to International Student Coordinator. The application usually involves three steps before the actual enrolment at Sirius College can be completed.
1. The Application
Overseas Student Enrolment Form should be filled and sent to Sirius College attached with:
- Academic reports (translated to English)
- IELTS study score
- A reference letter from the student’s current principal
2. Acceptance of an Offer of a Place:
If the application is successful, the college will send a letter of offer. To accept, the student should:
- Fill out and send a signed Student Written Agreement form
- Pay the pre-paid course fee
- Pay the non-tuition fees
After the completed of the above procedures a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will then be sent to the student.
The application for a Visa may then be made through the Australian diplomatic mission in the student’s own country, after the CoE is received. Information about other requirements should be available from the Australian diplomatic mission.
Only after these steps have been completed, and providing places are available at Sirius College, will enrolment be finalised.
